How do I track horse vaccination records and appointments?
Keep documented vaccinations separate from future appointments. HestOS brings horse health history, task status and configured follow-up plans together for your team. Our horse vaccination records guide includes a free PDF and Excel template and a practical software checklist.
Can HestOS build a feature for my stable?
Yes. Partner includes two development hours per month, covering discovery, implementation and testing for work agreed in advance. Larger requests and development on Stable or Team are quoted separately. Tell us your idea so we can agree scope and timing before work starts.
What can I manage in HestOS?
Manage horse profiles, daily and recurring tasks, training, feeding plans and records, veterinary and vaccination records, farrier visits, turnout fields and walker sessions. Teams can share assignments and use custom views to organize their day.
Can HestOS manage feeding plans and record completed feedings?
Yes. Enter each horse’s feed items, quantities, units and instructions, choose daily times and assign a team member. Staff can record each feeding as Given or Skipped, with a reason required when it is skipped. The history shows who recorded the outcome, when it was recorded and the plan instructions captured with that entry. See our free feeding chart or explore the shared stable screen.
Can I plan fields and horse walkers?
Yes. Set up your areas, fields or walkers, their capacities and time slots. Allocate horses and see the available places in a shared planning grid.
How much does HestOS cost?
Stable is €69/month + VAT for 20 horses, 4 users and 1 shared screen; Team is €149/month + VAT for 30 horses, 7 users and 2 screens; Partner is €259/month + VAT for 80 horses, 15 users and 5 screens. All plans include the core tools. You can add horses, users and screen access at your plan’s published monthly rates. Hardware is separate; AI usage limits apply.
How does the AI assistant help?
AI can prepare an initial stable setup from your answers and turn a description into a recurring task draft. You review the details, preview dates and confirm before anything is created.
Can my team use it together?
Yes. HestOS supports stable teams and task assignments, so the people doing the work can see the plan and keep task status up to date.
Does HestOS decide a horse’s care plan?
Care decisions stay with you and the professionals caring for your horses. HestOS helps organize records, tasks and dates; AI suggestions are drafts that need your review.
Do I have to set up everything at once?
No. Start with your stable and horses, then add the routines and details that are useful to you. The guided setup lets optional details wait until you need them.
